Rugby is a sport still emerging in Spain. However, there is an increasing interest in the oval ball. In fact, the Spanish Rugby Federation affirms in its strategic plan 2017-2023, that record numbers of players have been harvested practicing rugby in Spain in a federated manner, as well as the creation of new clubs.
